We have 1 Primary Goal this year:

    To grow the Tea Party and become a viable force for change,  both within and outside the established political parties. 

In order to accomplish this, we need to
(1) Make ourselves visible
(2) Recruit more people into the organization.

The easiest way to make ourselves VISIBLE, COLLECTIVE, AND ORGANIZED is to unify under a common symbol.  This will not only show others who share our views that they are not alone...that we are actually a REAL MOVEMENT...but it will also show the politicians that we are not some loose-knit band of 1-timers who can be easily ignored and discounted.

We MUST show ourselves, but in doing so, promote that we are non-partisan.
Explain that "IT'S US AGAINST THE POLITICIANS."
Wearing TEA shirts is a subtle but effective way to accomplish this.
